We know how easy it is to forget to ask a question or look in that cupboard when you visit a property for the fist time. With Roomy virtual tours you can keep coming back and view the property as many times as you wish.
2.

Book the property

Once you’ve selected the place you like, you can reserve it until the landlords responds within 48 hours. You will enter your payment details to reserve. The full amount will be taken only once the landlords has confirmed.

How does the payment work?

Reservation: Once you’ve entered your payment details, we’ll take £1 off your account to ensure that the card is valid. We’ll refund this straight away, this is just a security measure. First payment: once the landlord has accepted your request, your first payment will cover the first month’s rental plus Roomy’s small booking fee. This initial payment will go via Roomy for extra security.

A small fee for the service we provide. This is normally about a quarter of what an agency would charge – and you get so much more for your money!

Your property is booked!

Voila! Once the payment has been received, we will introduce you to the landlord via email to discuss your move in details: exact address, time, key collection and so on.

Roomy team on hand to help

Many of Roomy tenants move to a foreign country for the first time. We know this could be an overwhelming process (we’ve been there ourselves!). If we can make your accommodation easier, please just ask and we’ll do our best to help.
4.

You move in and settle

You’ve got your new home! Just arrange to collect the key and sign the contract. The first payment that you make through Roomy will be transferred to the landlord 48 hours after your move in date.

Once you’re in

After your check in your key point of contact will be your landlord. Subsequent payments, the deposit and any other charges including utilities bills (is that right?) will be paid directly to the landlord.
